SPINAL TWIST & DOWNSIDE RECTUS FEMORIS STRETCH | Stretch Therapy Part 1

I thought you guys might like to get a sneak peak into that training. In this video, I share some tips on how to perform the hands-on Spinal Twist Stretch and Downside Rectus Femoris Stretch. 

For the Spinal Twist:

šŸ›   Have your patient or client grab the table for stability
šŸ›   Lift and turn the hips to avoid impingement
šŸ›   Don’t push, let gravity do the work for you

For the Downside Rectus Femoris Stretch:

šŸ›   Have your client  the opposite knee to chest to protect the lower back
šŸ›   Lift and turn the hips to avoid impingement
šŸ›   Don’t push, let gravity do the work for you
