Refund Policy

These Terms are entered into by and between PhysioSecrets, LLC, doing business as Bodywork Dojo (“Bodywork Dojo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Customers may be eligible to receive a full refund for non-downloadable digital course materials, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request is submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
2. The customer has viewed less than 50% of the total course content (measured in minutes accessed).
3. No certificates, continuing education credits (CEUs), or proof of completion have been issued or downloaded.
4. No supplemental materials—including but not limited to course outlines, manuals, protocols, cheat sheets, or other downloadable resources—have been accessed or downloaded.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Bodywork Dojo.

Non-Refundable Items:
Digital products delivered in downloadable formats—including but not limited to PDFs, e-books, and other downloadable content—are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
